Please check the university hostels in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Students have formed gangs there, and every newcomer is treated badly. Even the female students of these universities remain disturbed and afraid. To avoid conflicts or fights, many students don’t even tell their families about what’s happening.

Sending children to such universities feels worse than not giving them an education at all—because instead of knowledge, they face humiliation and disgrace. These boys are mostly spoiled children of careless parents, and unfortunately, the administration takes no action against them.

There are many more issues that cannot even be written here, as they would only bring further shame to our country.

We request the concerned authorities: please update their “software” as well and take strict action.
