Justice Served After 70 Years: Shops Handed Back to Faisal, Tariq & Qadeer Butt

After 70 years, shops have finally been handed back to their rightful owners.

The Civil Court, Session Court, High Court, and Supreme Court all ruled in favor of Faisal Butt, Tariq Butt, and Qadeer Butt.

Following the court’s orders, SHO Ganj Mandi Police Station, Civil Defence Police Incharge Zeeshan, and the court-appointed lawyer took possession from Banaras (who had held them for decades) and restored them to the original owners.

Faisal Butt, Tariq Butt, and Qadeer Butt expressed their gratitude after finally regaining their property.
