Congratulations Ceremony for Civil Defense Officer Mr. Talib Hussain on His Promotion

A special ceremony was organized to celebrate the promotion of Civil Defense Officer Mr. Talib Hussain. The event began with the recitation of the Holy Quran and Naat Sharif, setting a spiritual and respectful tone for the gathering.
