In line with the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, CPO Syed Khalid Hamdani inaugurated a Mobile Police Station and Licensing Unit at Rawalpindi Medical University.

The unit will provide essential services including FIR registration, learner’s licenses, driving license renewal, and other service center facilities. This initiative aims to empower women and ensure public services at their doorstep, a key priority of the Punjab Government.

Across Punjab, 33 mobile units have been introduced under this program. The initiative received an enthusiastic response from students, especially female students, who showed great interest and availed the licensing services on-site.
