According to a report by Punjab Bureau Chief Malik Maqsood Chinioti, the Chairman of the Election Board, Mehboob Alam Bhola, has officially announced the results of the District Press Club elections in Chiniot.

According to the results, Shahid Mahmood Chaudhry has been elected as President, while Muhammad Ali has been elected as General Secretary of the District Press Club.

A great deal of excitement was witnessed at the Press Club during the announcement of the results. Supporters of the winning candidates raised enthusiastic slogans, and the Press Club presented a festive atmosphere.

While announcing the results, Election Board Chairman Mehboob Alam Bhola’s throat became dry, and he requested water during the proceedings.

Meanwhile, friends, colleagues, and members of the journalist community continued to congratulate the successful candidates.

The journalist community has expressed hope that the newly elected leadership will play a strong role in improving the Press Club and addressing the issues faced by journalists.
