Chiniot (Asian Citizen News) – According to a report by Bureau Chief Punjab Malik Maqsood Chinioti, practical steps are being taken in Chiniot under the vision of Chief Minister Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif, to ensure positive behavior of police personnel towards the public.
A training workshop was organized at the DPO Office, where police officials are being given lectures focused on improving their conduct and interaction with citizens. During the session, officers were also briefed about the directives of the Chief Minister Punjab regarding respectful and professional behavior with the public.
The workshop included lectures from senior police officers, religious scholars, teachers, and doctors, highlighting the importance of ethics, respect, and community service in policing.
Police personnel have been specifically instructed to treat citizens visiting police stations and offices with courtesy by greeting them respectfully and addressing them as “Sir” or “Madam,” ensuring a polite and welcoming environment.
District Police Officer Dr. Naveed emphasized that all police officers should adopt public service as their core mission and must ensure respect and dignity for every citizen.
