The directives of the Chairman CDA and Member Administration seem to have been ignored as the entrenched CDA Headquarters mafia, reportedly in place for over 20 years, continues to hold its ground.
A powerful employee has even refused to join Rescue 1122 despite a formal transfer order, raising serious questions about administrative control within the federal development authority.
Nepotism and Favoritism Continue in CDA
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) once again faces allegations of abuse of power and favoritism towards preferred officers.
According to reliable sources, Senior Assistant Jameel was transferred by the HRD on August 29 from the Admin Directorate to Rescue 1122, following due promotion. However, he refused to assume charge at his new posting and remains absent from duty to date.
Despite clear instructions from the Member Administration, Jameel continues to occupy his old position in the Admin Directorate, which he has reportedly held for 15–20 years.
Sources reveal he enjoys special privileges, including a government residence, official motorcycle, and multiple other benefits, allegedly due to strong backing from influential circles.
🚨 Rescue 1122 Issues Official Complaint
Rescue 1122 has formally communicated that the said officer failed to report for duty and remains absent without authorization, a clear violation of service rules.
Despite the seriousness of the matter, no disciplinary action has been taken so far.
❓ Questions Over CDA’s Administrative Control
The situation has sparked strong concern among CDA officials and employees, who are questioning whether the Chairman CDA will take effective action to restore discipline—or if this matter will also be buried in bureaucracy.
If the Chairman cannot address such defiance within CDA Headquarters itself, observers ask, how can he establish his authority across the institution?
