The newly appointed Station House Officer (SHO) of Banni Police Station, Arsalan Yaseen, has launched a strong crackdown against criminal elements, carrying out five major operations within just one week under the supervision of DSP Waris Khan Circle Rana Naeem Yaseen.
According to details, the SHO led two operations against alleged illegal establishments operating within the jurisdiction for a long time, taking decisive action to curb unlawful activities.
In addition, he conducted three major operations against drug dealers, demonstrating firm resolve despite reports that some suspects had political backing. Police reportedly recovered significant quantities of narcotics during these operations and registered cases against the accused, who have been taken into custody and sent to jail following legal procedures.
SHO Arsalan Yaseen also held meetings with various community members, where he delivered a clear message that no recommendations or influence in favor of criminals will be accepted.
He warned that anyone attempting to support or protect criminal elements would face consequences, emphasizing that law enforcement will act strictly and impartially.
A special warning was also issued to gamblers and remaining drug dealers, advising them to cease illegal activities or leave the area, otherwise strict legal action will be taken without exception.
The recent operations are being seen as a firm step toward restoring law and order in the Banni area, with police reaffirming their commitment to eliminating crime and ensuring public safety.
