(ISLAMABAD) — Under the supervision of SDPO Industrial Area Circle, the Islamabad Police conducted a grand search and combing operation in various parts of the Sabzi Mandi Police Station area.

Prior to the operation, a detailed briefing session was held for the participating police personnel. The lady police officers also took part in the operation to ensure comprehensive checking.

During the operation:

• 250 individuals, 220 shops, and 66 houses were checked.
• 36 motorcycles and 17 vehicles were thoroughly inspected.

The main objective of this operation was to prevent crime and maintain peace in the area. Following the directives of IG Islamabad, such grand operations are being conducted throughout the district to root out criminal elements.

The police have urged citizens to cooperate during security checks and to report any suspicious activity to the nearest police station.
