Under the banner of “Pak Army Zindabad Movement,” a grand celebration was held today at Soomra Mohalla, Larkana, in connection with Eid Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ, Pakistan Defence Day (6th September), Martyrs’ Day, and Air Force Day (7th September).

The event began with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an, followed by a Naat in praise of the Holy Prophet ﷺ. Sweets were distributed among children as part of the Milad festivities.
In honor of Eid Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ and Pakistan Defence Day, a special Mehfil-e-Milad was organized where children were enlightened about the Seerat-un-Nabi ﷺ and also presented Naats praising the Holy Prophet ﷺ.
Addressing the gathering, Khalil Ahmed Jafri highlighted the significance of 6th September – Defence Day of Pakistan. He said:
- “6th September 1965 is an unforgettable day of courage and bravery in the history of Pakistan. On this day, the Pakistan Army gave a crushing response to Indian aggression and created a new history at the global level.”
- “Defence Day reminds us of the sacrifices of our martyrs who gave everything for the homeland. This day is not just a remembrance but also a pledge that we will defend Pakistan at all costs.”
- “6th September 1965 is a golden chapter of our history that India can never forget. Remembering this day ensures that India cannot dare to face us directly; it resorts only to conspiracies. But we are always ready to give a befitting reply to such conspiracies.”
The program concluded with renewed commitment to uphold the spirit of faith, sacrifice, and national defense.
